Integrated wood pellet plant exported to Canada

In March 2018, TICO exported an integrated wood pellet plant to Canada. It is used to process wood and crop waste into biomass pellet fuel. This Canada client is a farmer. He use this integrated wood pellet plant to process the crop wastes into biomass pellet fuels. He ordered the MPL 400 model, whose production capacity is 350-400kg/h, and the power is around 29kw. At the end of March, this wood pellet plant is successfully delivered from Qingdao port to Montreal port in Canada. The following photos are taken during the loading process.

It integrate a flat die pellet machine, a hammer mill, a cooling conveyer, a mixing feeder and a vibrating sieve in one base, and equipped with a PLC control system. Traditional wood pellet plant has all these machines separated, which cost more money and take more floor space. Integrated wood pellet plant can solve these problems and save labor work.
