Screw feeder and diesel pellet machine exported to Philippine

Last month, a Philippine customer ordered a diesel pellet machine and a screw feeder from TICO. They have been successfully delivered at the beginning of April. They will be used to process the rice straw and rice husk in the paddy field and make biomass pellets. These pellets can be used in heating stoves or exported to developed countries.

Screw feeder is used to convey the raw materials to the pellet machine in a stable speed automatically. It is composed of a work bin, screw rod, discharge port, and a electric motor. It is equipped with wheels that allow you to move it to anywhere conveniently. The electric motor has variable frequency so the conveying speed is adjustable. This customer ordered 50YP type, whose transmission length is 2.5m and the loading capacity is 1000kg/h at most.

Diesel pellet machine

The type of this diesel engine pellet machine is ZLSP-R 300A. The power of the diesel engine is 41hp. The diesel engine is provided by China’s famous brand Changchai and Weichai. This pellet machine adopts rotating roller and stationary flat die structure, whose production capacity is 250-350kg/h. The roller and flat die are processed by hot quenching, whose harness is 55-60 HRC.
